Honestly, it appears quite strage that a person with an apparently English name is interested in this provincial Russian forum, posts messages in English and asks about PM/IM functionality. No need to bet - most visitors will consider your message a new form of spam and ignore it.

However, if you're not a spambot, you've probably noticed the small "PM" button on the left pane of every message below the nickname. That's where it is. If you're a spammer, you'll be really disappointed that your audience is so narrow that it's not worth the hassle.
